The Davisville is a new condo development by Rockport Group currently in preconstruction at 8, Manor Road West, Toronto. This new condo development is situated at the core of midtown, which will serve as a centre of attraction for several lifestyles.
This development consists of a mid-rise condominium project carried out by Rockport Group situated in Toronto. The project will be a 12-storeys mid-rise and will include 79 residential suites close to the subway line.

The suites will consist of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom with den, three-bedroom and three bedroom with den.
The Davisville and Eglinton areas are both at a close distance to this project. Also, The ever-busy Yonge and Eglinton intersection and Eglinton subway station are less than 5 minutes walk from the development. The Davisville station may take a long walk to get to, about 10 minutes. This project accommodates all lifestyles providing for professionals, students and families at the same time.
