Notting Hill is a new development by Lanterra developments and it is located in 4000 Ellington Ave W, Etobicoke, ON M9A 4M2, Canada. The Notting Hill master-planned Community is still under construction. Royal York subway station is directly connected with local bus routes and Ellington Crosstown LRT is expected to be extended with which Toronto Pearson Airport will be connected. Mt. Dennis is about a ten-minute bus ride from the site where the underdeveloped LRT currently terminates. Plentiful jobs in both manufacturing and private sectors are seen in the booming commercial population of Etobicoke. Due to the region’s active transformation and proximity to Toronto, younger companies are increasing. The area’s picturesque waterfront is worth noting with plentiful options for greenspace and recreation. The best of both worlds is offered by Etobicoke.
