Explore the Area

Burlington is a community going through adverse change and development; even with this continuous change, but a thing that has not changed is the beautiful waterfront which still remained the same. The project was tactically planned as a response to the region's Places to Grow Act which its expected time duration is 22 years. The Act was established to enable the government to invest and use planning land policies. In the Act, 50% of the land is set aside to manage Burlington's green spaces, 11% will be allotted to employment use, and 34% for parks and Neighborhoods. The government is committed to taking in 250,000 to 300,000 immigrants every year. Half of these immigrants will settle in the Toronto area, and also including Burlington. The allocation committed to housing is just 5%, and with the growing population, investment in the Nautique Lakeside Resident may just be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The community is active and has a growing population that is attracting both individuals and businesses. A fun place you can visit either in the community or close by include Discovery Land, where significant events in the community take place. There are also some notable landmarks: The Joseph Brant Museum, Spenser Smith Park, and Burlington Performing Art. The project is located south of the Burlington GO station alongside Guelph line, the QEW, major road arteries, Joseph Brant Hospital, which recently has been redeveloped, and many more.
