Lakeview Village is a 177-acre waterfront project on Mississauga’s East Avenue & Lakeshore Road East by a group of developers including Branthaven Homes. Located along the shores of Lake Ontario, this project is a massive waterfront construction in the Greater Toronto Area.  This Master-Planned Community will feature around 7,000 new homes in options of townhouse and mid-rise blocks. The project will be divided into seven distinct neighbourhoods for different purposes. Lakeshore Gateway will mark the grand entrance into the Village. Lakeview Square is planned to be placed in the heart of the project and will feature several retail and grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment centres. This neighbourhood will be graced by a man-made pond. Residents can enjoy some water sports in this pond or simply indulge in evening strolls along the waters. The centre of this massive cluster of communities will feature a hub called Waterway Common. This waterway will have planned recreational activities across all four seasons, including ice-skating. A waterfront park called Inspiration Point will provide views of Lake Ontario and spaces for open-air cultural events and activities. The Serson Innovation Corridor is planned to feature corporates and other employment opportunities in the Village. Ogden Village, Ogden Green and The Marina will be designated for residential units, including high-rises, mid-rises and townhomes. All-in-all, this self-contained urban oasis is one of the biggest projects in the GTA. It appeals to a wide variety of investors and home-buyers with its potential to grow, support families and employment, and generate rental income that will only increase as the community grows. Lakeview Village is conveniently located along the Lakeshore West line of GO transit and has access to Port Credit and Long Branch stations.
