ALiAS is a new development by Madison Group currently in preconstruction at 114 Church St, Toronto. This project is presently located at church street and Richmond Street intersection of downtown Toronto. It will be a new luxury high-rise that will grace the heart of downtown Toronto and will be surrounded by many developments that will bring life to this area. The development will be a 20-story and 45-story residential tower with a 5-story podium containing commercial space on the first and second floors.
