3005 Sheppard Avenue East is a pre-construction project of condos by Laurier Homes and Freshway Developments at 3005 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough, Toronto. This project of mixed-use condos will be located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Pharmacy Avenue & Sheppard Avenue East.
